Nature of Services All massage and wellness services provided by Johnny are strictly professional. These services are designed for relaxation, stress relief, and therapeutic benefits only. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Eligibility & Consent Services are provided only to clients aged 21 years and above. By booking a session, you confirm that you are medically fit to receive a massage and will inform the therapist of any medical issues, allergies, or physical concerns in advance. Clients with medical conditions must seek physician clearance before receiving treatment. Bookings & Appointments Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or the official website. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. Location (Goa or Bangalore) must be clearly confirmed while booking. Payments Full payment is expected before or immediately after the session. Accepted modes of payment: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, or Paytm. Pricing may vary based on session duration, location, or service package. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking with proper notice. Client Behavior & Conduct Any disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate cancellation without refund. Johnny maintains the right to refuse service to any client at his discretion, especially in cases of safety, hygiene concerns, or boundary violations. Privacy & Confidentiality All personal and health information shared by clients is kept strictly confidential. No photography or video recording is allowed during the session. The massage setting is private, and your comfort and dignity are respected at all times. Liability Disclaimer Johnny is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health issues. Services do not replace medical advice or treatment. Clients assume all responsibility for their personal well-being during and after the session. Agreement By proceeding with a booking, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
